As the Partner-in-charge of the Assurance Department, Richie has extensive accounting, auditing and consulting experience having worked in the accounting field at various levels since 1993, including experience in: financial statement audits, reviews and compilations; business process / internal control analysis; federal and state grant program audits; special products implementation; and operational and efficiency audits. This experience has been gained in a variety of sectors covering state and local governments, special districts, non-profit organizations, and commercial/for-profit entities. Richie is also the Firm’s Human Resources and Recruiting Partner and the Technical Resource Partner responsible for keeping the Firm’s professionals current on accounting and auditing standards, as well as the liaison for the Firm’s subcontract work with the national, regional and other local accounting firms. Prior to joining the Firm in June 2003, Richie was a Senior Manager at a "Big Four" accounting firm.
